SGX Value Unlock Programme
Kyrah & Song Advisory is an Appointed Service Provider under SGX Value Unlock Programme (Equip Grant).
The Value Unlock programme is a strategic initiative by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Exchange (SGX) aimed at helping Singapore-listed companies realise their full potential and achieve fair market valuation.
While market valuation is built on long-term strategy, it can be severely compromised in minutes during an unmanaged corporate crisis.
Under the SGX Equip Grant—which provides 50% co-funding support (capped at S$15,000 per listed company) for approved capacity-building programmes—Kyrah & Song Advisory delivers high-impact, practitioner-led training designed to safeguard your equity narrative when the stakes are highest.
Our Program — Crisis Simulation: Adaptive Leadership in Real Time
Our signature simulation moves beyond passive theory. It places your Board of Directors, C-suite, and executive teams into a live, pressurised, immersive environment to stress-test your team's real-time decision-making, stakeholder management and existing crisis protocol. We adapt the core pillars of the Value Unlock framework into intensive, boardroom and company-ready crisis training for capital protection, brand equity preservation, and long-term investor trust.
Leverage the SGX Equip Grant
Ensure your leadership team is battle-ready while optimising your capability-building budget by tapping into the 50% co-funding support by SGX and MAS.

Every crisis simulation delivered by Kyrah & Song Advisory is entirely bespoke.
Prior to the simulation, we conduct a confidential diagnostic of your organisation’s specific industry, corporate structure, operational vulnerabilities, and current market positioning.
Whether your company faces specific supply chain risks, critical cybersecurity exposure, short-seller volatility, or sensitive regulatory challenges unique to your sector, the live injections, media prompts, and simulated regulator queries are engineered to mirror your exact real-world risk landscape.
-
Protecting sensitive corporate information is our highest priority. Before any corporate diagnostic or programme customisation begins, Kyrah & Song Advisory enters into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the participating listed company.
Furthermore, our facilitators are bound by strict professional confidentiality standards, ensuring that any vulnerability uncovered during the stress-test remains entirely private, serving strictly as a safe, closed-door learning mechanism for your Board and Management teams.
