After key manager departures shook morale and trust, we helped a healthcare company strengthen culture and unify employees around a shared purpose. Through a refreshed brand purpose, an internal communications strategy, a central intranet, curated social content, and energised townhalls, we rebuilt trust, improved alignment, and fostered a stronger sense of belonging across the organisation.

Brewing demand: Building strategy to power e-commerce growth

When a consumer beverage brand sought to grow e-commerce sales, we partnered them to design a demand generation framework that would turn browsers into loyal buyers. Our work included a clear framework to attract, nurture, and convert online audiences. Charting a new course for youth on social sustainability issues

Today many youths face complex social challenges — from AI and jobs to mental wellness and digital equity — but opportunities to act and make an impact are limited. We supported the launch of Gen2050 by National Youth Council, a programme to equip and empower more than 1,000 youths from all backgrounds with skills, mentorship, and funding to turn ideas into action.

Many children in public rental housing face limited opportunities and, for some, parental neglect, leaving them without consistent support. Through strategic publicity, we amplified fundraising efforts, engagement and impact by spotlighting Singapore’s longest Barbie display by 60 local artists and hands-on workshops, while inspiring the next generation to explore their potential.
